Sometimes it's quite easy to make an old sandwich so delicious-all you need are the right ingredients.  Bread.  Yes.  Don't be cheap about the bread.  Only fresh baked French will do.  Thinly sliced quality ham and a good Swiss-Gruyere if you can wing it.  Toss an egg on top and you've got a breakfast sandwich, or a Croque Madam.  Ses delicieuses!
